On the 03.05.2010 Bioeton Kyritz GmbH has passed successfully as one of the first companies from the biodiesel sector in Germany and Europe the sustainable audit and obtained the sustainable certificate.

Agreement between Bioeton SA and the shareholders of German company BDK Biodiesel Kyritz GmbH has been signed for acquisition of BDK Biodiesel Kyritz GmbH with its Fatty Acid Methyl Esters (FAME) production installations. After the acquisition a new company under the name Bioeton Kyritz GmbH has been formed.
The new company will continue to produce FAME for the biofuels production needs of Bioeton SA as well as for sale.
